World Arthritis Day

This World Arthritis Day, Rosie Buckley explores what it means to live with a chronic illness in “Navigating the Relationship with a Chronic Illness.” Around 10 million people in the UK live with arthritis, facing daily challenges that often go unseen. This year’s theme, “Achieve Your Dreams!”, highlights the strength and hope of those living with arthritis and encourages everyone to share their stories. By celebrating small wins, staying connected, and raising awareness, we can empower people with arthritis to keep striving toward their goals.
